Or find myself again, after years of being ink
To someone else’s pen

I tilt my head back, I get high
It’s the only time in my life, I feel alive

None of it feels real anymore
The photos prove that I was there
But who I see is someone, that I’ve never met

The red rocks don’t care who I am
I get lost inside their mystery
Wonder what it means to me, at this time in my life

But I’ve been too afraid to let shine

These dreams, lift me to heaven, and then shoot my balloon from the sky
